Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Signatures By Tracy, we understand how important your time is and we want to make sure that our online notary services are always efficient and reliable. In order to ensure that we're able to accommodate all of our clients effectively, we've established a cancellation and refund policy that helps keep our operations running smoothly.

Appointment Deposit

To secure your preferred time slot for your notary appointment, you will need to make a non-refundable deposit of $25. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your notary service once it is completed. You can conveniently pay the deposit when booking your service, and your appointment will be confirmed once the deposit is received.

Notification of Cancellation

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time. This way, we can offer the time slot to another client who needs our services. No-Shows

In case of a "no show" or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, the appointment deposit will be forfeited for the first occurrence. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and we will send you a reminder about the missed appointment and provide you with an opportunity to reschedule. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund Eligibility

Please note that any notary services that have been completed and finalized may not be eligible for a refund. This is due to the nature of the service, and includes but is not limited to notarizations or other notary acts that have been executed. If you have made a payment in advance for notary services that have not yet been rendered, refunds may be considered based on eligibility.

Refundable Circumstances

1) If you cancel your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice, you can get a refund for any payment you made in advance, with the exception of the non-refundable deposit.

2) In case we are unable to provide the notary service due to unforeseen circumstances or an issue on our end, we will provide you with a full refund, including the non-refundable deposit.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, kindly send an email to signaturesbytracy@gmail.com

within 3 days from the date of your initial payment. The refund will be processed using the same payment method and will take some time to reflect in your account. Please keep in mind that the processing time may differ based on your financial institution.
